In order to balance juggling a 40+ hours/week industry job and maintain the high level of quality expected of my freelance work, I use a client-centered process that I have developed and improved over the past decade as a professional. This begins with an in-depth dialogue about the scope and content of a project. Our initial communication helps me ensure that our goals align and that I feel confident in my ability to deliver quality work that meets the needs of my client.
